"Make Me Feel", written with Russian composer Alexei Ustinov, is being used to demonstrate Vocaloid
(software-based virtual singer technology from Yamaha) products and technology by PowerFX and Jasmine Music Technology.

The congregation of Trinity Lutheran Church
in Frankfort, Michigan sang Rick's adaptation of
"The Lord's Prayer" during their weekly drama services
during Summer 2006. The music for this service was led by church pianist, Cherie Hockenberger.

Back in 2003, Nomin Cater (a.k.a. Nominjin),
an extremely talented 14 year old pop singer from Mongolia,
recorded the Rick Paul/Suzanne Wanvig song
"All I Need to Know"
with producer
Rick Neigher
in Los Angeles.
During the first quarter of 2004, Nomin's radio-only release of that recording
has played in frequent rotation on all 12 of Mongolia's FM radio stations.
Her January 2004 video of the song has also played on prime time TV in Mongolia,
and was the first English language music video to be featured there.
Nomin's recording was among the top 4 most requested songs on multiple radio stations,
and her video was number 5 for the month of February 2004 on Mongolia's
TV5.

Rick's rock recording of

was released in November 2002
on the Volunteer Records album,
Ho Ho Ho Spice. The double CD album,
which benefits Hospice, includes "alternative-ish" recordings
from 49 artists, including Klark Kent (featuring Stewart
Copeland of The Police), Better Than Ezra, NRBQ, Graham
Parker (duet with Nona Hendryx), and many more. It is
available via CD Baby.
In June 2002, Rebecca Lynn,
a young country singer from Indiana, released Rick's
"One Good Reason"
on her debut album, Beautiful Lie.
In December 2001, Thomas Blankenstein, a singer from Germany
performed an early draft of Rick's "Help Us
Understand" at his vocal recital at
Kammerkonzertsaal des August-Everding-Kulturzentrums in Bottrop, Germany.

In October 2001, Texas country singer Jennifer
Lynn released Rick's "If I Could Turn the
Hands of Time" and the Rick Paul/Lisa
Ellis collaboration "If

Before My Eyes.
Rick's recording of "Help
Us Understand" was played on the air on
Hope FM, Esperance, Western Australia during
October 2001.
In April 2001, Brandi
Ward, a young country singer from
Scottsville, Kentucky, performed the Nancy Albers/Rick
Paul song "Little
Child Lost" to a crowd of 1797 bikers at
the Bikers 4 Kids benefit in Arp,
Texas. Brandi also performed the song at
additional Bikers 4 Kids benefits in Arkansas and
Missouri during Summer 2001.
Forever Is (The Legend of the Sleeping Beauty),
a musical comedy in which Rick has two songs
("Mirror, Mirror" and "Wilda's
Haunting", both written with Steve West, who
also wrote the script for the show), opened
February 9, 2001, for six performances, in a
production by the American Music Stage at the
Ernst Theater, Northern Virginia Community
College, Annandale, Virginia.
The Vic Michener/Rick Paul song "Portadown Rain"
placed 4th in Celtic category of the 2000 Just
Plain Folks Song Awards.
Wayne Nelson, current lead vocalist for the Little River Band, and lead
singer on the classic LRB hits "Night Owls"
and "Take It Easy on Me", has recorded
the Nancy Albers/Rick Paul song "Little
Child Lost" on behalf of the Child Alert
Foundation. You can hear his recording on the Child

The Rick Paul/Vic Michener song "Portadown Rain"
was named "Song of the Day" for January
26, 2000 by the music industry networking
organization Just Plain Folks.
Norwegian country singer Jon
Kolden's debut album, Forever, Me and You,
which includes the Kent Newsome/Rick Paul song "Loser's Rodeo",
was released in December 1999.
Lana Kress, a country
singer from Portland, Oregon, released Rick's
song, "It Started in a
Manger" on her debut album,
Be
Careful What You Wish For in November 1999.
The track received seasonal airplay in the
Pacific Northwest.
In June 1999, Rick's publishing company, Closet
Cowboy Music, was elected to Publisher Membership
in ASCAP.
Beth Singer, a young
country singer from Wolf Creek, Oregon, released
the Rick Paul/Nelda Sisk song, "It's Not Enough",
on her Live While I Can album in May
1999. The track received European airplay.
The Altarmen & Julie,
a gospel group based in Shallotte, North Carolina
released Rick's song, "It
Started in a Manger", as the title cut
on their 1998 Christmas album. The group's
recording of the song was also released to radio
in November of 1998 on the Vision Quest Music
Group's multi-artist CD compilation, Praises
to the Babe in the Manger.
